Why organic?

The organic products we use in preparing selected meals are sourced from farms that employ ecological principles to ensure plants and animals are cared for naturally.

This means that no extra chemical additives or treatments are used. The animals are free range, allowing them to enjoy a natural life. Plants, and vegetables in particular, are not given any chemicals fertilizers. Even better, you get to enjoy all of this in your favourite dishes.
